The deadline to apply for scholarships is February 10th. Students do need to be ASCE members to apply, and membership in ASCE is free for students.

There are also a number of fellowships available for students, professors and researchers. The deadline to apply is also February 10th for most, but a couple have later deadlines. You can find more information on those here: http://www.asce.org/asce_fellowships/
