Sept. 23rd DEADLINE. INRSEP/CNRS research symposium

The annual INRSEP/CNRS Undergraduate Scientific Research Symposium event is scheduled for Friday, October 4th on the second floor of the University Library from 12 noon-4 pm. The symposium consists of two components, a poster session and oral presentations. Registration 

Deadline is September 23th.

 

During the poster session you will present and discuss your work with the campus community and off-campus guests from 12-2 pm; however, posters will remain mounted until 4 pm for continued viewing. A limited number of posters may be printed free of charge if you do not already have a printed poster. The printing deadline is September 25th, however when funds are depleted students will be responsible for printing costs.

 

To take advantage of this free printing offer, you must: 1) register to present your poster and 2) email a .pdf (full size) file of your poster to marcom@humboldt.edu AND aib3@humboldt.edu prior to 5 pm on September 25th.

 

Poster size is restricted to 24”x36” or 36”x48”. 

 

Oral presentations will take place in the Library Fishbowl from 2-4pm. Presenters are asked to keep their presentations to 12 minutes, with 3 minutes for questions. Lonyx Landry will serve as our MC and keep us on schedule!

If you have research to share, we highly encourage you to sign-up and participate in this event. If you do not have research to share, please take time out of your busy schedules on Friday, October 4th to walk up to visit and interact with the student presenters.
