The ASCE/ERE Annual Awards banquet will be held at the Plaza View Banquet Room in the Jacoby Storehouse on Wednesday May 1st, 2019. Dinner will be a buffet catered by Uniquely Yours Catering and will include:

• Fresh house bread selection served with butter
• Baby spinach and mixed greens with garbanzo beans, black olives, cherry tomatoes, parmesan, pine nuts with a white balsamic/basil vinaigrette
• Roasted potato medley, with thyme and rosemary
• Wild mushroom and spinach cannelloni with roasted tomato sauce, garnished with parmesan
• Chicken Jerusalem – lightly breaded boneless chicken breast garnished with artichokes and black olives, topped with a white wine cream sauce
• Assorted cookies and brownies

The North Coast Branch of ASCE will present this year’s Engineer of the Year and Project of the Year. Cal Poly Humboldt’s Environmental Resources Engineering Department will
present awards to outstanding engineering students. Engineer’s Without Borders will also present their annual scholarships.
