CSU Agricultural Research Institute Offering ARI-HSI Fellowships: Apply by November 13
The CSU Agricultural Research Institute (ARI) has extended the ARI-HSI Fellowship application deadline to November 13, 2020.
The Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSI) Program is meant to increase diversity in academia and the workforce. Students traditionally underrepresented in science, especially Hispanic students, are strongly encouraged to apply. Successfully completed fellowship recipients will receive a total of $6,400. Fellowship recipients will be selected and notified in mid-December.
ARI currently offer four types of fellowships: Journalism, Public Policy, Data Intensive, and Science.
To Qualify:
- The student must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Must be enrolled as a full-time student
- Must plan to pursue a food, agriculture, natural resource, or human science (FANH) career, or plan to attend graduate school in a FANH-related discipline
- Must have a faculty mentor
