Travel & Scholarship Opportunity for Junior/Senior ERE: CTF Transportation Education Symposium
If you may be interested in attending the California Transportation Foundation’s (CTF) Transportation Education Symposium* on Thursday & Friday, November 7 & 8, 2019, at the Pacific Palms Resort in City of Industry - Los Angeles County, CA - please see the CTF student information bulletin for more details. Those who attend the Symposium will be eligible to apply for a scholarship from the CTF.

Humboldt's ERE faculty is able to nominate two students to attend the symposium (and a third for the waiting list). The event is free to these students, including the conference, food, and lodging for the night of November 7 (students must provide their own travel). The ERE faculty will review responses to the survey at the link above, and will notify you if you are nominated to attend. The CTF will then contact you directly with event and travel details.

* The CTF Transportation Education Symposium is a two-day, one-night event, and will take place at the Pacific Palms Resort on November 7 and 8, 2019. The Symposium will begin at 10:15 am on Thursday, November 7, and will conclude at 2:00 pm on Friday, November 8. The event is free to students, including the conference, food and lodging for the night of November 7. The CTF does not pay for transportation to the event, but the ERE department may be able to provide some funding for travel costs.
