The Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA) announces the following scholarship opportunities for undergrads:
- Clair A. Hill Scholarship ($5000)
- ACWA Scholarship (two $3500 awards)

And for graduate students:
- Stephen K. Hall ACWA Water Law & Policy Scholarship Guidelines ($10,000)

One of our own ERE students, Rebecca Burke, was the 2017 recipient of the Clair A. Hill scholarship, and has this to say:
"I was honored as the first Humboldt recipient of the Clair A. Hill scholarship, sponsored by Jacobs, which funded my tuition for a semester. They also generously sponsored my attendance of the ACWA Spring conference in Sacramento, where I received my award, and got to attend some of the conference panels. Governor Jerry Brown even made a surprise appearance at the luncheon. This was a great opportunity for me to meet many California water agency representatives and I'm confident that other Humboldt ERE students would be selected as recipients given the opportunity."
