The U.S. Census Bureau has current surveys jobs listed.
The U.S. Census Bureau conducts more than 100 surveys of households and businesses across the nation each year. Some of these surveys require in-person interviews. The U.S. Census Bureau hires both short-term and
long-term field staff to conduct these surveys in the areas they reside. Field staff interview respondents to collect survey or census data as required for ongoing surveys, one-time surveys, and special censuses either using a laptop computer or a paper form.
*Ongoing*:
The U.S. Census Bureau hires short-term and long-term Field
Representatives to conduct a variety of surveys in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
*Winter 2018/2019*:
The U.S. Census Bureau will be hiring short-term Field Supervisors and Field Representatives to conduct the Survey of Income Program Participation in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
*Spring 2019*:
The U.S. Census Bureau will be hiring short-term Field Supervisors and Field Representatives to conduct the American Housing Survey in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
