The HACU National Internship Program (HNIP) assists students by placing them in corporate and government internships across the country.  These internships are closely related to the student’s academic background and/or career goals.  The program provides airfare, housing arrangements, and a weekly stipend of $550 or $620.  Applications are accepted year-round for Spring, Summer, and Fall session internships.

Eligibility Requirements:

•         Have a minimum 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale).
•         Be enrolled in a degree-seeking program at an accredited institution in the U.S. or Puerto Rico.(Students pursuing only a credential will be considered ineligible.)  
•         Recent graduates are eligible for a limited number of internships.
•         Have completed freshmen year.
•         Be an undergraduate or graduate student.
•         Be authorized or eligible to work by law in the U.S.
