Would you like to attend the Reducetarian Summit, held in Los Angeles, at the LA Airport Marriott Hotel, from September 28th to 30th, 2018? The Reducetarian Summit coincides with the publication of the Reducetarian Cookbook (Hachette Book Group).

The goal of the Reducetarian Summit is to explore strategies and tactics for ending factory farming and increasing consumption of plant-based foods, and the theme of this year’s conference is “action." In addition to moderated panels, lightning talks, and fireside chats on topics related to business, law, marketing and communications, environmental science and health, technology, psychology, entrepreneurship, and more as well as (featuring an all-star line-up of speakers and reporters), a greater emphasis will be placed on skills-building workshops and curated networking opportunities to maximize professional development, as well as an international expo with leading plant-based companies (with lots of delicious samples to enjoy!).

Thanks to some funding, they have a few free tickets they can make available to undergraduate and graduate students and alum within the Department of Environmental Resources Engineering at Cal Poly Humboldt. If you would like to attend this summit, please email tyler@reducetarian.org.
