The Kirt Brooks Memorial Water Environment Scholarship provides annual scholarships for individuals attending a College, University, Community College or Technical Trade School and pursuing a course of study related to the Water Environment Field. Recipients must be members of CWEA or sponsored by CWEA members. If you're going to school - you can apply as well.

The 2019 Scholarship Committee for the Northern California Chapter of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) is reaching out to colleges, communities, and resource organizations throughout Northern California to recruit applicants for COMTO’s 2019 scholarships.  Scholarships are awarded to minority undergraduate students; sophomores, juniors and seniors.
