The Women in Water Scholarship Fund is accepting applications for the 2020-’21 academic year. $5,000 is available for a woman pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Western water resources development, management, conservation, education or advocacy. Eligible undergraduate students must be a junior and all applicants must be a resident of the United States. Applications are due July 1.

In conjunction with 2018 meetings of the National Water Resources Association, women began to discuss how they became interested in water and formed the scholarship fund to help encourage young women to pursue careers that help manage and conserve water resources.
